Nature of work
- Ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment;
- Preparation of a preventive equipment maintenance plan, its improvement and compliance;
- Coordination and control of works performed by contractors;
- Communication with manufacturers and suppliers of equipment and components;
- Fostering the vision of the technical department and getting involved in creating work processes;
- Ensuring a sufficient amount of spare parts in the warehouse;
- Knowledge sharing, training of technical team/production operators;
- Preparation and filling of technical documentation;
- Involvement in continuous improvement activities, providing proposals to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of equipment.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of operation and repair of production equipment;
- Understanding of technical documentation;
- Knowledge of operation and repair of infrastructure equipment (advantage);
- Ability to organize team work;
- Quick reaction, identifying and eliminating faults;
- MS Excel, Word knowledge;
- Ability to read drawings;
- Oral and written knowledge of English (B1/B2 level).
