Nature of work
To join the successfully expanding CIVINITY group of companies, we are inviting a manager of the work organization of the Technical Department, whose job nature will be:
- Organization, planning, coordination and control of technical staff work (scheduled, emergency, breakdowns and additional work);
- Ensuring, analyzing and continuously improving the efficiency of the employees of the technical department;
- Accumulation and systematization of information related to order management;
- Effective cooperation with other teams in the company (managers, project managers, sales department, etc.);
- Other tasks assigned by the manager;
Employee requirements
- Quick assimilation of information, ability to analyze and systematize information;
- Excellent work organization and delegation skills;
- Ability to manage stressful situations;
- Independence, organization, communication;
- Perseverance in achieving the expected result;
- Good computer skills;
- Understanding and ability to communicate in Russian (a big advantage);
- If you know the Vilnius region well, it will be a great advantage and help in your daily work;
- Willingness to grow and improve.
