We are looking for a colleague who:
- ensure that the data is accessible, managed efficiently, suitable for use, safe and reliable, in compliance with the established principles of data management;
- manage data, their integrity, interaction, linking, set data maturity standards;
- ensure the smooth movement of data between systems and functions, reducing data redundancy and possible data inconsistencies;
- implemented data management and policy processes;
- identify data quality issues, document and monitor them in order to ensure high data quality standards in all business areas;
- supervision and approval of data availability standards;
- performed data and metadata monitoring;
- perform ongoing support and implementation of changes, transferring data from existing systems/registries to the future data model;
- prepare and submit requests to implement procedural or IT changes for structural units.
In this position, it is important for us:
- higher university education in mathematics, informatics, physical sciences, management or economics;
- at least 2 years of work experience in the field of data analysis, applying the principles and methods of data analysis, selecting and analyzing large amounts of data;
- at least 2 years of experience working with databases (OLTP/OLAP would be an advantage);
- knowledge of the principles of data selection, statistical analysis of data, interpretation and presentation of conclusions (Tableau, Power BI, Qlick Sense would be an advantage);
- programming experience (Java, C#, C++) would be an advantage;
- Knowledge of ETL tools and open-source programming languages (Snowflake, Pyspark, Python, R, SQL, SAS, SAP) would be an advantage;
- very good knowledge of query writing language SQL, database design experience;
- excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian in writing and orally;
- English language proficiency at B1 level;
- the ability to independently plan, decide, organize work in such a way that assigned tasks are completed on time and properly;
- Compliance with the requirements established in the Law on the Protection of Objects Important for Ensuring the National Security of the Republic of Lithuania;
- responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation, impeccable personal and professional reputation.

- salary from EUR 2,941 with taxes (EUR 2,941 - EUR 4,411 with taxes). The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience. Salary is only part of the reward.
