You will take care of:

  • organizing maintenance of building constructions and engineering systems;
  • permanent monitoring of the structure;
  • organization of periodical and specialized inspections of the structure;
  • removal of observed defects in the state of the structure;
  • filling out technical documentation.

We hope you:

  • you have obtained a higher engineering education (in the field of construction engineering);
  • you have successful work experience in the field of structural maintenance;
  • you have experience in managing cultural heritage projects;
  • you know the application of the construction law.

Buildings: residential and non-residential buildings, as well as the mentioned buildings located in the territory of the cultural heritage object, in its protection zone, in the cultural heritage area;
