Technical Manager - System Architect

Energus group of companies - develops innovative solutions for data collection, analysis and management for both internet and mobile platforms. Our existing products, Energy Support Expert and Energus Home, are focused on managing the energy efficiency of buildings.

Now we are ready to expand our activities and develop a new product that will integrate the tools already developed into one large and comprehensive system. This system will be designed to facilitate data management and efficient decision-making in the energy sector. We are currently looking for a talented technical manager/systems architect to contribute to the development and development of this new system, lead the technical work of the team and ensure that our products meet the highest standards of the IT market.

Main Responsibilities:

Expand the "Energy Support Expert" and "Energus Home" platforms, ensure the execution of ongoing tasks;
Planning of tasks and architectural solutions in the development of a new product;
Incorporate new technology trends into existing platforms and prepare an action plan for their smooth implementation;
Evaluation of team progress and performance;
Working with other team members to ensure the completion and quality of tasks;
Collaborate with scientific partners.

At least 3 years of experience in developing WEB/mobile-based platforms as a Technical Manager/System Architect/Team Leader;
Experience with C#, C++, PHP, TSQL, JavaScript, .net, PYTHON;
Experience with developing Android and IOS apps;
Higher education - Information technology (advantage);
Foreign language skills: English;
Driver's license (category B) - an advantage;
Good self-organization;
Experience in building IT teams.

Karma points if you have experience:
When working with communication protocols such as Modbus, BACnet, MQTT or others;
Creating WEB-based platforms in the field of energy;
Working with artificial intelligence solutions, language models, prediction algorithms.

4000-4500 €/mon. net
