Your main tasks will be:

  • Organization of team members' work;
  • Selection, education and motivation of subordinate employees;
  • Creation, improvement and control of the processes of the team's activities;
  • Development of technical concepts for charging electric cars and solar power plants and assistance in implementation;
  • Communication with customers, equipment suppliers and manufacturers, partners, contractors and responsible institutions;
  • Coordination of project purchases (equipment purchases, selection of contractors and service providers, etc.);
  • Coordination of the search for the most suitable energy efficiency solutions, preparing commercial proposals;
  • Consulting clients on energy efficiency and energy generation from renewable resources;
  • Continuous improvement of the department's operational efficiency.

We hope you:

  • You have a higher education in business, management, engineering or similar fields;
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in business, management, engineering or similar fields;
  • You have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of engineering;
  • You have acquired at least 2 years of managerial work experience (for a department, department, work group or design team) and/or work experience of leading engineering teams;
  • You know the construction law, energy processes and technologies;
  • You have strategic and analytical thinking, you are result-oriented;
  • You have experience in working with innovative technologies and/or in the field of e-mobility development (advantage);
  • You are focused on teamwork, cooperation, you know how to create and maintain relationships.
