Nature of work
- Development of new products, preparation of recipes and technological documents;
- Improvement and control of technological and production processes;
- Organization and performance of tests, participation in projects and their implementation;
- Preparing descriptions of technological processes, entering data into the system;
- Monitor, control, make technological/production processes more efficient;
- Calculate and analyze technological times and costs;
- Creating a culture of continuous improvement;
- Implementation and development of continuous improvement system audit (Lean Management);
- Support for production and middle managers using Lean Management methods and tools;
- Ensure that a culture of continuous improvement is strengthened by engaging and exploiting the potential of employees.
Employee requirements
- Higher/higher spec. education in the fields of food science and technology;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English (at least B2 level);
- Work experience in a food industry company;
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP;
- Ability to independently implement ideas and work in a team;
- Communication, responsibility, initiative, creativity.
