We, "GOLSKI LT" UAB, a leader in confectionery production, are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced technologist who wants to join our creative team. This technologist will report to Mr. technologist and will contribute to the production process of our company, which includes the production of cookies, waffles, cupcakes, muffins, donuts.
Main duties:
Main duties:
- Participate in the process of developing new products, taking into account current market trends and customer preferences.
- Ensure the efficiency and quality of the production process in compliance with standards and legal requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the production process, identify potential problem areas and suggest improvements.
- Collaborate with production staff, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure that all products are produced on time and meet company quality standards.
Employee requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in food technology, food science or similar field.
- Experience in confectionery or food production would be an advantage.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues.
- Analytical decision-making abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
