Nature of work
- Assessing the conformity of the quality documents of the received raw materials and packaging, issuing the quality documents of the manufactured products;
- Labeling and quality check of received packages;
- Sensory evaluation of the produced products, water activity measurements;
- Management and maintenance of samples of manufactured products;
- Log filling;
- Organization of metrological checks and calibration of measuring instruments;
- Conducting internal investigations and organizing external investigations;
- Preparation and submission of necessary documents to obtain veterinary and health certificates to controlling authorities;
- Analysis of internal and external discrepancies;
- Product quality control during production;
- Development of new product development protocols;
- Support in the production of new products;
- Selection of manufactured samples and preparation for shipment to new customers.
