Nature of work
Management of the department (3 departments) performing technical maintenance and support of clients' IT infrastructure, computer workplaces, servers and the entire IT farm;
Control of department activities, development of technological capabilities and processes, creation and introduction of new solutions;
Improving the company's business technology strategy, organizing the implementation of new technologies in the company's business;
Optimization and improvement of physical and virtual IT and telecommunication systems technical service and maintenance processes, their adaptation to individual customer needs;
Participation in business meetings, international exhibitions and conferences.

Employee requirements
At least 5 years of work experience in managing a department in an IT, TELCO or FINTECH business field company;
Experience in organizing and solving telecommunications and IT solutions (physical and virtual telecommunications and computer network operating systems, programs, computer hardware, virtualization platforms) service, installation, development, financial and operational efficiency, information security issues;
Good command of Russian and English both orally and in writing;
Experience in implementing new technologies in the company's business.
