WE ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW TEAM MEMBER!
YOUR future job functions:
- Work in the technological equipment production unit, supervising the work process (production of new technological equipment - dies and maintenance and repair of dies);
- Accurate equipment work planning (CNC, turning, milling machines, etc.);
- Distribution of employees;
- Preparation of shift plans;
- Annual assessment of employees;
- Planning of replacements and vacations;
- Ability to work in 2 shifts;
- Active participation in the quality management system and LEAN implementation;
- Regular preparation of reports for management;
If you:
- Wants to work in an international company that produces parts for new cars (VW, AUDI, BMW, LAMBORGHINI, BENTELER, etc.);
- Has at least a professional technical-engineering or other field education (preferably mechanics);
- Has at least 1 year of management experience in production (in the field of metal processing - an advantage);
- Able to read, analyze and understand technical drawings;
- Knowledge of the processing of equipment intended for production from sheet steel (production of dies, preforms - an advantage);
- Has good computer skills (Autocad, Solidworks, Excel, Word);
- You are responsible, proactive, independent;
- You are able to plan work for yourself and your team and learn to work both independently and in a team.
