The Kaunas branch of Caverion Lietuva's construction management services business is responsible for ensuring the management and administration of construction management and maintenance of technical engineering systems (heating, water supply, sewage, electricity, weak currents, structures, ventilation and air conditioning, etc.) in the region.
Daily challenges:
- maintenance and repair of technological refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- execution of planned - ongoing, preventive works
- troubleshooting, liquidation of accidents
- teamwork
Requirements:
- understanding of the refrigeration process
- independent fault elimination, repair
- soldering of copper pipes and refrigeration components
- Category B driver's license
- good organizational, time planning, teamwork skills
- strong sense of responsibility, independence, ability to make decisions quickly
