Job description
· Coordinating the study process, providing information to students and teachers and advising them on issues related to the study process, study administration;
· Preparation and management of documents;
· Hosting and processing of information in information systems;
· Collecting and summarizing the necessary information
· Ensuring timely dissemination of information to students and teachers by phone, e-mail by mail and other agreed communication channels;
· Carrying out other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Employee requirements
· have at least a university education;
· have experience in administrative work;
· know the official Lithuanian language and English, not lower than B2 level;
· have good communication skills, be able to freely express and fluently teach thoughts in writing and orally in Lithuanian and English, be able to search, manage, accumulate, systematize, analyze and summarize information, promptly solve work problems that arise;
· be able to independently plan and organize activities, be proactive, communicative, creative, dutiful and responsible;
· be able to provide services to persons from socially sensitive groups;
· adhere to the principle of consulting ethics and confidentiality, work responsibly without disclosing information related to personal data.
