IF YOU:
- has a university or equivalent education in the field of law in the field of social science studies
- has experience in drafting legal acts and/or drafting procedural documents and representation in courts
- learn English at the B2 level of an advanced user
WE TRUST YOU TO CONTRIBUTE TO:
- drafting legal acts, procedural and other documents
- providing suggestions for improving existing legal acts, analyzing legal acts and other draft documents, evaluating them from an anti-corruption point of view, ensuring fair and uniform implementation of legal acts
- analysis and evaluation of risk factors, possible dangers and threats in the areas of Administration activity
- provision of legal advice to clients and employees of the Administration
- representing the Administration in pre-trial dispute resolution institutions and courts
Salary
1000-1200 €/mon. net
