WHAT TASKS ARE AWAITING:
- coordinate the team of the legal department and organize its activities, ensuring compliance of the company's activities with legal regulations;
- ensure the involvement of the legal department in coordinating and preparing the company's internal documentation, letters, contracts with external organizations and institutions;
- prepare procedural documents and represent the company's interests in courts, law enforcement, state government and management institutions or other institutions and organizations;
- assess and manage the company's legal risks and provide recommendations for improving the legal department's activities;
- monitor changes in legislation at the national and European level;
- consult the company's employees and the management team on relevant legal issues, make proposals regarding the application of legal acts, form the company's official practice of interpretation and uniform application of contract provisions;
- to educate and motivate employees, promoting the development of their competences, to conduct performance evaluation interviews.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR COLLEAGUES WHO:
- has obtained a higher education in the fields of law;
- has at least 5 years of work experience in the field of law (work experience in a large organization is an advantage);
- has work experience in the role of team leader, is able to efficiently organize work, provide feedback and delegate tasks to subordinate employees, is focused on high-quality team results;
- has expert knowledge in the fields of private, public and procedural law;
- has a category B driver's license;
- knows English at B1 level.
