Lawyer - (0.5 full-time / 20 hours/week)

UAB "LTK FOOD GROUP" is a company actively operating in the public catering and food production sectors for more than 27 years.

The company currently manages 21 "Čili Pizza" restaurants in Lithuania, 24 franchise-based restaurants in Lithuania and Latvia, and food production company "Maisto namai" UAB. New business directions for restaurants, leisure and entertainment, digitalization are also being actively developed.

We are currently inviting a Lawyer to join the team, who will be responsible for the following areas in his daily activities:

• Preparation, coordination, review, administration of corporate and procedural documents of the group of companies, various types of contracts;
  
• Ensuring compliance of internal documents with valid legal acts;
  
• Consulting company managers and employees on legal issues in various fields;
  
• Examination of complaints and claims;
  
• Evaluation and control of advertising compliance;
  
• Ensuring the requirements of competition law;
  
• Assessment of risks related to the activities of the group of companies;
  
• Implementation and control of data protection principles and requirements in the company;
  
• Representation of the interests of the group of companies in state institutions, in the relationship with other economic entities;
  

Additional information:

• Cooperation is possible on the basis of an employment contract or service provision contract;
  
• Projected/planned scope of work 20 hours/week.
  
• Additional hours are paid according to individual agreement;
