Nature of work
- Supervise the corporate law management of Obeliai Group and its affiliated companies, provide legal advice on corporate law issues of companies;
- Control of compliance of internal documents, procedures and projects with valid legal norms;
- Assessment of legal risks;
- Preparation and coordination of business contracts with the organization's clients and suppliers;
- Preparation/evaluation of the organization's internal documents, processes, procedures;
- Preparation of documents related to labor law of the organization (with another department);
- Company acquisitions, sales, mergers, etc.;
- Representation of the group of companies in relations with third parties;
- Consulting managers and colleagues on civil, personnel, company and labor law issues.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- Legal work experience of at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of business processes;
- Ability to create and initiate changes;
- Possibilities for qualification improvement (seminars, conferences, courses).
