Key tasks and responsibilities:
- Preparation, coordination, review and compliance of company documents, internal/external procedures and contracts.
- Participating in negotiations on the coordination of cooperation terms with potential company partners and suppliers.
- Assessing and ensuring compliance with data protection principles and requirements in the company.
- Representation of the company's interests and communication with state institutions (VVTAT, LB, etc.).
- Counseling colleagues on legal issues.
- Maintenance of administration and archiving solutions for company activity documents.
- Help in organizing the activities of the management team and the board.
- Smooth coordination of work in cooperation with external legal service providers in Lithuania, Latvia and Poland.
Expectations for the candidate:
- Higher legal education.
- At least 4 years of legal experience working as an in-house lawyer or in a law firm.
- Ability to supervise data processing processes.
- Fluent in English (oral and written) and excellent computer literacy (MS Office).
- Communication skills, analytical thinking and a bit of creativity.
- Ability to argue, identify problems, make suggestions and make decisions.
- Organization, independence and orientation to the result.
