Nature of work
- Preparation, analysis and coordination of company and group documents (policies, procedures, rules) in order to ensure the requirements of laws, other legal acts, positions and guidelines of the Bank of Lithuania regulating the activities of credit institutions
- Preparation of company and group operating contracts and other documents
- Consulting and training of company and group employees on legal (financial law, internal management, etc.) issues
Requirements
- Higher university legal education
- At least 3 years of legal work experience (an advantage in financial institutions)
- Knowledge of LR and EU legal acts regulating the activities of credit institutions
- Knowledge of civil, financial law, data protection, labor law
- Proactiveness, initiative and responsible approach to the work performed
- Ability to analyze and systematize information, provide conclusions, argue
