Nature of work
- Preparation, coordination, supervision of the execution of contracts related to the company's activities (trade, real estate management, purchases of services, goods, etc.)
- Solving issues related to the legal relations of business activities.
- Preparation of various requests, claims, appeals and other letters and responses to letters
- Coordination of internal document preparation processes of the company
- Providing consultations on company legal issues to managers and other company employees
- Ensuring prevention of legal disputes or processes;
- Representation of the company's interests in state and non-state institutions
- Monitoring and informing managers of legal acts and other changes related to the company's activities
Employee requirements
- Higher university legal education
- Experience of legal work in the private sector from 3 years (work experience in the retail sector is an advantage)
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law, contract law
- Experience in working with the preparation, coordination, risk assessment of various contracts
- Good skills in preparing legal documents (external and internal).
- Good knowledge of the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts relevant to business
- Very good English language skills
- Ability to fluently present your thoughts orally and in writing, analyze, systematize and summarize information
- Independence, the ability to qualitatively distribute priorities taking into account business interests and needs, the ability to qualitatively plan and distribute one's working time and fulfill all assumed obligations
