Zenko International provides ship interior fitting, building renovation and construction services throughout Europe. We are a rapidly growing international company based in Lithuania, Monaco and France. We are currently looking for a lawyer to join our team.
Your main tasks:
- Management and administration of legal-administrative processes of the office.
- Establishment of new companies/units in Lithuania and abroad, preparation/correction of documents.
- Cooperation, communication with Lithuanian and foreign institutions, representation when dealing with employee complaints, disputes and similar issues.
- Administration of tax issues of other countries.
- Preparation and coordination of the company's internal legal acts, contracts, written claims.
- Administration of business processes.
We hope you:
- Has a higher education in the field of law;
- Has more than two years of experience in the field of law;
- You communicate well in written and spoken English;
- Smart and able to create and optimize business processes;
- You are a proactive, energetic and motivated person who is able to make decisions in a dynamic environment.
