What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- consulting of SBA group companies (real estate business) on legal issues;
- preparation, review and coordination of contracts, letters and other documents;
- assessment of legal risks and provision of related conclusions and recommendations;
- representation of corporate interests in negotiations and legal disputes;
- perform other ad-hoc tasks of the manager.
We believe that you:
- you have obtained a university education in the field of law;
- has at least 3 years of experience working in the field of real estate law;
- you communicate fluently in English;
- has excellent communication and cooperation skills;
- able to find compromises in various situations.
