We will trust you with:
- Preparation, coordination, adjustment of various contracts and internal documents;
- Participation in the development of new products: risk assessment, submission of proposals and drafting of contracts;
- Representation of the company's interests in relations with clients, partners, state institutions and courts;
- Participation in legislative processes and ensuring compliance in the company, taking into account relevant legal regulation;
- Counseling of employees on various legal issues.
We would like you to:
- You have a higher education in the field of law;
- You should have at least 4 years of experience in the field of commercial law. Experience in the fields of construction contracts, disputes, energy - an advantage;
- You are good at speaking and writing English;
- You would express your thoughts fluently orally and in writing, you would be characterized by logical and analytical thinking;
- You would be able to promptly and reasonedly identify risks, make proposals and make decisions;
- You would be organized (a), independent (a), oriented (a) to results.
