Nature of work:
- Preparation, review, commenting, correction of the company's contracts, internal procedures, procedural and other legal documents;
- Assistance to the Company's legal department in ensuring legal supervision of the Company's activities, assessment of requirements of related legal acts and legal risks, provision of recommendations, etc.;
- Counseling of employees on legal issues in various fields (contracts, handling consumer complaints, protection of personal data, etc.);
- Representation of the company in state institutions and other institutions, as well as in relations with public and private natural and legal persons.
Employee requirements:
- Higher university legal education;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of law;
- Knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation and excellent application skills;
- Knowledge of civil legal acts, ability to apply them (in the fields of contract law, consumer disputes, protection of intellectual property, legal regulation of advertising);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Knowledge of other foreign languages (Polish, Russian or others) is an advantage;
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office programs);
- Orientation to the result, initiative, analytical thinking, attention to details;
- Ability to work in a team, responsibility.
