- UAB „BALTIJOS REALIZACIJOS CENTRAS“
Nature of work:
- Supervise the legal management of the Company and its related companies, provide legal advice to the management;
- Prepare and coordinate contracts, procedural documents, claims and other documents, ensure their compliance with the requirements of legal acts;
- To ensure the legality of the company's activities and the implementation of the requirements of laws and other legal acts, to make proposals for the improvement of the company's activities;
- Advise the employees of the group of companies on the application of external and internal legal acts;
- Represent group companies in judicial and pre-judicial institutions.
Requirements:
- Higher university legal education (master of law (or equivalent) degree);
- At least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of corporate law and contract drafting and commercial law (experience working in a group of companies would be an advantage);
- Experience in representing the Company's interests in judicial and pre-judicial institutions;
- Knowledge and skills (oral and written) of Lithuanian and English languages (including legal languages).
