Nature of work
Preparation, updating and administration of legal procedures of the company.
Legal risk management.
Drafting of contracts.
Compliance with GDPR requirements and preparation of relevant documents.
Compliance with AML (payment institution license) requirements.
Cooperation with the management team.
Counseling of employees on labor law issues.
Representation of the company during inspections and cooperation with institutions.
Cooperation with the Group level legal team.
Compliance with insurance laws, renewal and/or renewal in relation to insurance brokerage activities.
