BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- supervision and control of the implementation of the company's contractual and other obligations, preparation of contracts, subcontracts, services, purchase-sale and other contracts and legal risk assessment;
- provision of consultations and conclusions on drafting contracts and other legal documents;
- preparation of the company's internal documents (procedures, letters, policies, etc.) and procedural documents;
- representation of the company's interests in courts and other institutions.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you have obtained a university legal education;
- you have at least 5 years of legal work experience in the fields of construction law;
- you have very good computer literacy skills (MS Office);
- you are able to communicate fluently in English;
- you have strong logical thinking and are characterized by quick orientation;
- you are able to work both independently and in a team.
