Nature of work
- to be a legal expert in the field of energy law, including natural gas transmission, regulation of renewable resources;
- prepare and legally assess documents in the field of energy law, participate in commissions, working groups, negotiations;
- legally assess, submit comments and proposals for contracts, prepare standard contracts, advise on their implementation;
- prepare normative and internal legal acts, proposals for their changes, represent Amber Grid's interests in the legislative process;
- prepare legal conclusions, provide legal opinions, advise colleagues on legal issues of the company's activities;
- to represent the interests of the Company in international organizations, projects, state and municipal institutions, courts, arbitrations, pre-trial institutions, other institutions and organizations;
- perform other tasks assigned to the lawyer.
Employee requirements
- you have a university legal education;
- you have at least 3 years of legal work experience (preferably in the field of energy law);
- you have experience in labor law, construction, land, territorial planning and/or representation (additional areas);
- you have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (experience in preparing documents, analyzing information, speaking);
- you have the ability to fluently present your thoughts and justify your opinion;
- you are creative, you have excellent communication and cooperation, communication skills, initiative, responsibility.

Wage
Monthly remuneration 3300 - 4150 EUR (before taxes) and financial incentive (additional remuneration depending on company and individual performance). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to achieve results independently.
