We are looking for a new team member who will be responsible for:
🔸Preparation, review, commenting and correction of the company's Lithuanian and foreign contracts, internal procedures, procedural and other legal documents.
🔸 With the help of the company manager the lawyer ensuring the legal supervision of the company's activities, the assessment of the requirements of related legal acts and legal risks, and the provision of recommendations.
🔸Work commercial, work, etc. in the field of law.
🔸Preparation of claims, complaints and other documents related to the company's activities.
🔸Ensuring the company's compliance with legal acts in the field of personal data protection.
🔸Evaluation of legal acts relevant to the company's activities, their projects, relevant court practice and providing suggestions for improving the company's processes.
🔸Providing legal advice.

It would be great if our new team member:
🔸Should have a university legal education.
🔸 Should have work experience in the field of law and knowledge of labor law.
🔸 Should have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages (German, Russian, etc.) is an advantage.
🔸Knowing civil legislation and being able to apply it (in the fields of contract law, labor law, legal regulation of posting of workers) is a big advantage.
🔸Should have analytical thinking, good communication, argumentation, computer literacy skills and be able to react quickly and adequately in situations where solutions are needed "here and now.
🔸Able to work both independently and in a team.
🔸 Should have work experience in the field of law and knowledge of labor law.
🔸 Should have excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of other foreign languages (German, Russian, etc.) is an advantage.
