Your responsibilities:

Preparation and coordination of NT transactions (lease, purchase - sale), various types of contracts (design, contract, services, etc.) and related documents;
Preparation of official correspondence documents (claims, notices, requirements, etc.);
representation of the company in state institutions, notary offices, participation in negotiations;
Preparation of company incorporation, corporate documents and procedures;
Legal counseling of colleagues, identification and management of risks;
Monitoring legal acts and court practice, performing other legal assignments and tasks.

Expectations for you:

Has a university education in the field of law (master's degree - single-level studies or bachelor's and master's studies in law);
Has at least 2 years of legal work experience in a company or law firm. Experience in real estate (contracting companies, real estate development, etc.) would be an advantage;
You are attentive to details, responsible, problem-solving and result-oriented, able to argue and work under tight deadlines;
Can boast of excellent communication and teamwork skills;
You speak and write English well.

Salary

2600-4300 €/mon. gross
Base salary is indicated. In addition, according to the approved bonus system, a bonus is paid, the size of which depends on personal and company results.
