WHAT WILL BE YOUR JOB
- Supervise the corporate law management of TMV Capital and its affiliated companies, provide legal advice on corporate law issues of companies;
- Provide consultations on relevant business group issues and help solve emerging challenges;
- Prepare and coordinate contracts, other documents, ensure their compliance with the requirements of legal acts;
- Perform the functions of a personal data protection officer in the company;
- To be the main personal data protection expert in the company and to evaluate the compliance of the group's business processes with the legal acts regulating personal data protection, to prepare and evaluate documents in the field of personal data protection;
- To ensure the legality of the company's activities and the implementation of the requirements of laws and other legal acts, to make suggestions regarding the improvement of the company's activities, corporate management issues;
- In the field of competence, advise employees of the company group on the application of external and internal legal acts.
WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- Higher university legal education (master of law (or equivalent) degree);
- At least 3 years of legal work experience in the field of company and corporate law and contract drafting and commercial law (experience working in a group of companies would be an advantage);
- Practical work experience in the field of personal data protection (having a data protection certificate would be an advantage);
- Excellent legal knowledge and ability to apply it in practice;
- Excellent work planning and organization skills, thoroughness and great attention to details;
- Excellent knowledge and skills (oral and written) of Lithuanian and English languages (including legal languages);
- Excellent working skills in the MS Office program;
- Responsibility, customer orientation, quick reaction, proactivity and the desire to find the most business-friendly solutions in challenging situations and to constantly improve.
