UAB DS-1 invites Lawyers to join.
Your responsibilities in the company would be:
- Construction law (energy), public procurement, labor law, corporate law, financial law, contract law (harmonization of contracts, representation in negotiations - in Lithuanian and English);
- Participation in legislative processes and ensuring compliance in the company, taking into account relevant legal regulation;
- Preparation, coordination, adjustment of various contracts and internal documents;
- Representation of the company's interests in relations with clients, partners, state institutions;
- Consultations for employees on legal issues.
Your expertise:
- Higher education in the field of law;
- At least 2 years of legal experience. Experience in the energy, construction sector is an advantage;
- Impeccable written and spoken Lithuanian language;
- Impeccable knowledge of the English language;
- Fluent teaching of thoughts, analytical thinking;
- Discipline, independence, diplomacy, quick orientation.
