Nature of work
We want to invite a new team member to help us take care of the day-to-day legal issues of the Group of companies. We would see you as a specialist in the competences of transport business law and would greatly appreciate your help.
We need your help:
We need your help:
- prepare business documentation for colleagues (preparation of contracts, negotiations on legal issues with lawyers of clients/suppliers, participate in negotiations by coordinating wording of contracts, fill out documents related to the exploitation of assets, etc.);
- to represent the company in legal matters in state and private institutions (Courts, Bailiffs, etc.);
- advise colleagues on legal issues;
- register, re-register assets in various institutions (railways, registry offices, etc.);
- communicate and negotiate with providers responsible for legal services (lawyers, risk data providers, bailiffs, etc.);
- on the basis of precedents, propose to change the scope and wording of contracts;
- to carry out tasks related to legal issues submitted by the manager;
- manage legal documentation in an orderly manner.
Employee requirements
We expect you to have the following competencies for this job:
- knowledge of business law and processes;
- excellent knowledge of the Russian language (written and spoken);
- at least two years of practice in a private company as a lawyer.
