Nature of work
The company is looking for a full-time lawyer for various tasks, such as:
- Preparation, coordination, revision of contracts (contract of design works, contract of construction works, purchase-sale, lease, or others);
- Control of the company's contracts with customers and contractors;
- Cooperation with designers, notaries, bank representatives, etc. service providers, state, municipal companies and other third parties for the conclusion and execution of the necessary contracts;
- Provision of legal conclusions and recommendations on operational issues;
- Preparation of requests, claims, requirements and other documents related to the company's activities;
- Monitoring of legal acts and court practice;
- Identify and manage legal risks related to the company's activities;
- Consulting company employees on legal issues.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education in the field of law;
- Legal work experience of at least 2 years;
- Knowledge of legal acts;
- Computer literacy;
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's work, analyze and systematize information, provide conclusions and argue them;
- Organization, initiative, responsibility;
- Strategic thinking, orientation to the result.
