LAWYER.

Nature of work:

Drafting, coordination and administration of contracts;
Preparation of claims, various letters, documents, procedures;
Implementation of the legal part in public tenders;
Administration of company activity insurance documents;
ISO systems administration, maintenance, company representation during audits;
Representation of the company's interests and cooperation in various institutions;
Monitoring and application of newly adopted legal acts and amendments;
Consulting company employees on legal issues.

Higher legal education;
At least 2 years of legal work experience;
Experience in preparing and coordinating various contracts;
Ability to present ideas fluently (verbally and in writing), good knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
Analytical thinking, initiative, flexibility, responsibility;
Knowledge of laws and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
Computer skills (MS Office).
