RESPONSIBILITIES
In "Mano banka" You will not be the executor of routine tasks. As a member of our team, you will be the master of your own processes, work together with colleagues from other departments and contribute significantly to the overall result.
- Solving the current legal issues of the company, consulting colleagues on legal issues;
- Preparation and coordination of internal company documents (procedures, rules);
- Preparation of company contracts, legal evaluation and coordination of contracts, preparation of standard contract conditions;
- Preparation of draft decisions of the company's management bodies, participation in meetings, informing the responsible departments about the decisions made and organizing their implementation;
- Following, reporting to the management of changes in legal acts relevant to the activity, organizing the implementation of the necessary changes;
- Monitoring of the company's legal proceedings, preparation of procedural documents;
- Examination and administration of customer complaints.
WE HOPE YOU
- Has a university legal education;
- Has at least 2 years of legal work experience, preferably in financial institutions;
- Has good skills in drafting contracts and other documents;
- You have a responsible approach to work and you are diligent.

- 2500-3000€ (before tax) salary, the specific offer will depend on the available experience;
- Additional health insurance (at the end of the trial period);
