JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Telephone communication with Lithuanian companies, both cold and warm calls, representing non-governmental organizations.
  • Informing companies about the activities of non-governmental organizations (NGOs) represented by us, the importance and goals of support projects, in order to attract one-time support for the implementation of ongoing projects.
  • The work takes place in our office, in the center of Vilnius.

We prepare a training course for those who have just joined, during which we introduce the specifics of our work, work tools and all the necessary information in great detail, thus ensuring a smooth transition to work! Our team leaders constantly help to develop their skills, improve their professional knowledge and achieve the highest results.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to work at least 0.75 full-time (average 125 hours/month) with the possibility to choose the working days and hours of the following week each week. It is also possible to work full-time.
  • Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian.

  • Remuneration consists of hourly and commission remuneration for the achieved monthly results.
  • Commission grows with sales results, encouraging higher results.
