Telemarketing sales manager in Vilnius

We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join the newly formed Telemarketing team. You will be the voice of Tele2 and the spreader of smart ideas - a person on whom the company's results and customer satisfaction will directly depend. You will have a great space to show that you are the toughest salesman and deepen your knowledge of mobile technology trends. We have a lot of action, we promise - it won't be boring!



We hope you will be interested in:

• sell Tele2 services and products to existing customers by phone in accordance with Sales Standards;
• advise customers and answer their questions about Tele2 services and products in accordance with Customer Service Standards;
• educate clients and ensure that they keep pace with telecommunications innovations;
• to implement the set sales and customer service quality goals.

To be successful, you will need:

• sales and customer service experience (work with cold sales over the phone is an advantage);
• ability to plan time and work independently;
• communication skills and the ability to counter customer objections;
• enthusiasm and creativity in solving various situations with clients;
• motivation to achieve personal and team goals;
• excellent Lithuanian language skills (oral and written).

Salary:

Base 1500 EUR (before taxes) plus as much as you will be active and want to earn! Those who work from the shoulder earn 3700 EUR (before taxes) and more.
