Test Center Specialist

Planning, organization and execution of the testing, training and certification process of the company's specialists;
Supervision, critical evaluation and improvement of testing and training systems;
Preparation of analyzes and reports;
Completing, coordinating and communicating technical documentation for specialist certification with responsible institutions;
Representation of the company in matters of certification of specialists;
Assessment and testing of the skills of the company's specialists (welders, installers of pipelines and metal structures and electricians) according to procedures and established requirements;
Short work assignments of several days to foreign countries are possible;
Other tasks assigned by the manager.

Technical education;
Knowledge of electrical/electrical and/or welding techniques, quality and processes;
Reading technical drawings;
Good knowledge of English (oral and written), oral knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Computer literacy (MS word, excel and other programs);
Good management, planning, communication and work organization skills;
Good negotiation skills and solving problem situations;
Driver's license category B.
