Supply department manager(s)

Organization of the work of the supply department;
Negotiations with manufacturers, suppliers of transport and storage services;
Organization of order deliveries by sea, land, rail transport and documentation management and control;
Balance control and management of KPI indicators;
Work with customs brokers and documentation;
Product card data control;
Administration of payments to suppliers;
Data analysis and administration;
Training and development of department employees;

2-3 years of experience in working with cargo from abroad (especially Asian countries) using sea, land or rail transport is required;
Good knowledge of transport services and customs documentation;
Excellent knowledge of English (required);
Good knowledge of Polish or Russian (would be an advantage);
Higher (higher) education;
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Ability to work in a team and develop it;
Good knowledge of Excel. Ability to work with other MS Office programs;
Work experience with Axapta business software (would be an advantage);
