Our client is a progressive manufacturing company that produces high-quality parquet floor coverings, exports its products to more than 15 countries and generates more than 11 million of annual income, invites the SUPPLY DEPARTMENT MANAGER to join.
Nature of work:
- Planning, organization, coordination and control of procurement and supply processes;
- Formation and implementation of procurement strategy, improvement of the supply chain;
- Active cooperation with existing suppliers and search for new suppliers (Europe);
- Professional representation of the company's interests during purchases;
- Analysis of procurement and supply results;
- Raw material logistics control;
- Operative solution of the problems that have arisen.
Requirements:
- Higher education (in the fields of sales management, management, business management - an advantage);
- 3-5 years of successful management experience in the field of supply (in a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Ability to analyze and systematize information;
- Very good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Excellent networking, cooperation development, negotiation and team management skills;
- Possibility to go on business trips;
- Category B driver's license.
