Nature of work
⦁ Coordination of supply and sales flows of lubricants, liquids, chemical products;
⦁ Collection of data on acquisition needs, systematization, bringing related information into the company's databases;
⦁ Supply planning, ordering goods from Lithuanian and foreign suppliers;
⦁ Order fulfillment management: organization of transportation services, monitoring of goods transportation, control of specifications of supplied goods;
⦁ Compilation of delivered goods, price verification in the system;
⦁ Monitoring of residues of lubricants, liquids, chemical products in the warehouse;
⦁ Collection, analysis and forecasting of data on sales and other related indicators needed for supply planning;
⦁ Preparation of reports, preparation of documents.

Employee requirements
⦁ Work experience in procurement/supply;
⦁ We would consider higher/higher education in the fields of management, economics or transport engineering an advantage;
⦁ Ability to analyze data, check the correctness of numerical information;
⦁ Good knowledge of English is necessary (we would consider knowledge of Russian and Polish an advantage);
⦁ Excellent computer skills (information search management, e-mail, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
⦁ Ability to set priorities, organization, diligence and high responsibility;
⦁ Category B driver's license.
