Currently, the head of the supply team at Narbutas International is looking for a supply manager to join the team, who will be responsible for managing and controlling the supply process, ordering goods and maintaining optimal stock levels in the warehouse.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND OBJECTIVES:
- Order materials/components, according to the received, formed need;
- To ensure the supply of materials under the best economic conditions in case of unplanned demand;
- Ensure smooth and fast communication with suppliers of materials and services;
- Follow the schedules of suppliers' vacations, scheduled stops and other possible disruptions to supply;
- Create material cards in the system;
- Administer quality, delivered quantity or delivery time discrepancies and communicate with suppliers and within the company.
SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL NEED:
- Experience in supply chain (advantage);
- Experience in negotiations (advantage);
- Independence, responsibility, diligence and attention to detail;
- Good working skills in MS Excel program;
- Excellent English skills. skills (B2 - C1);
- Analytical thinking, ability to systematize and summarize large-scale data.
