Nature of work
Work with product balances and their orders to the warehouse;
Organization of order deliveries by sea, land, rail transport;
Processing of documentation of ordered goods;
Work with customs brokers and documentation;
Compilation and administration of product card data;
Negotiations with manufacturers and transport service providers regarding the conditions for unloading goods;
Formation of direct orders from the manufacturer;
Data analysis and maintenance of appropriate KPIs.

Employee requirements
Experience in working with cargo from abroad (especially from Asian countries) using sea, land or rail transport is necessary;
Good knowledge of English (required);
Good knowledge of Polish or Russian (would be an advantage);
Higher Education;
Analytical and numeracy skills;
Ability to work in a team;
Good knowledge of Excel. Ability to work with other MS Office programs;
Work experience with Axapta business software (would be an advantage);
Good knowledge of English (required);
