Nature of work
LRT - the largest and most modern media group in Lithuania with deep traditions invites a Network Producer to join the Radio Department team.
- Curate audio and video content of radio broadcast recordings or podcasts, prepare it for publication in LRT Radioteka and other platforms.
- Cooperate with content producers, presenters, directors and designers, ensuring quality content creation, design and publication.
- Take care of content publication optimization and distribution in order to increase content visibility and audience engagement.
- Track podcast trends, collect and share information with creators, organize training as needed.
- Collect statistical data, use it to improve content effectiveness and audience engagement, prepare and present the necessary reports.
- Develop and implement a digital content strategy that aligns with LRT's mission and goals.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in digital content management, preferably in media or publishing, curation.
- Audio and video editing skills and understanding of how digital platforms work.
- Practice of website optimization and working with digital analysis tools.
- Ability to analyze, systematize, summarize information, draw conclusions and submit comments and suggestions.
- Responsibility, analytical, critical thinking, initiative, orientation to the result.
- Ability to formulate and implement an effective digital content strategy to help achieve LRT's mission and goals.
- Ability to fluently and correctly convey thoughts in Lithuanian in writing and orally.
- Proficiency in English.
- Higher university education (in journalism, communication or similar fields).
