Your main responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the professional and effective execution of the selection process;
- You will actively make calls to potential candidates;
- You will conduct live and remote job interviews, administer the candidate database.
- You will analyze the competitive labor market, conduct market research;
- You will create content for job ads, visual material for generating candidate traffic;
- We will work together to strengthen the image of the employer not only in Lithuania, but also in the European market.
We hope you:
- You are able to communicate with candidates in English (knowledge of Russian is an additional advantage);
- Has at least 1 yr. experience in working with employee recruitment and selection projects;
- You are energetic, motivated, ambitious, result-seeking person, characterized by positivity and good teamwork skills;
- Wants to improve in the field of personnel selection and contribute to the creation of direct value in the business;
