Nature of work
Active search for new clients (in other countries);
Sales in Lithuania and the markets of surrounding countries;
Making sales plans and finding new customers;
Provision of proposals on product pricing, price policy implementation;
Providing proposals to clients and coordinating contract terms;
Preparation of contracts for the sale of goods and administration of concluded contracts;
Regular preparation of reports on the implementation of set goals and set plans and tasks.
Employee requirements
Good knowledge of English and Russian;
Knowledge of German is an advantage;
Experience in the field of management or two years of work in the field of active sales;
Knowledge of the mechanisms and principles of operation of heavy transport equipment;
Experience in the export market;
Knowledge and application of sales strategies;
Good skills in working with MS Office programs;
Analytical thinking and skills;
Ability to analyze the market;
Accountability.

1200-2500 €/mon. net
Fixed salary plus performance-based bonus. The average of other employees in this position - 2100 EUR in hand.
