We will trust you:

• Implementation of the transport insurance risk management strategy and product development in the Lithuanian insurance market;
• Responsibility for the quality, pricing and technical result of Transport insurances of legal and natural persons (TPVCAPD, CASKO, Cargo insurance, CMR, etc.);
• Analysis, improvement and optimization of transport insurance risk management processes;
• Strengthening of communication with sales and claims adjustment departments;
• Planning of appropriate human and process resources;
• Team management, motivation and education;
• Submission of activity reports and proposals to the company's board.

It is important to us to create and maintain a relationship based on trust with customers, partners and colleagues. We believe you will be successful in this position if:

• Has a university education and strong competences in the areas of economics, mathematics and insurance;
• Has at least 2 years of successful experience in the field of insurance risk management or similar responsibility;
• You are a leader, able to motivate and mobilize teams to achieve common goals;
• You are constructive, innovative, flexible and result-oriented;
• Can communicate effectively in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

The fixed remuneration depends on the competence and experience of the candidate: 4200 - 5500 €/month. before tax.

Quarterly and annual bonuses: up to 480% of the fixed monthly reward amount per year for performance.
