Dekkproff, an innovative chain of tire exchange centers in Norway, is looking for a transport and sales coordinator to work in Vilnius.

What are you going to do:
- I plan, organize and coordinate the delivery of goods from suppliers to the company's warehouses and the company's tire change centers. Also internal logistics between company centers and main warehouses.
- I will communicate directly with the truck driver (LT/RUS) and van drivers (ENG/RUS), organize their daily work, monitor their work results.
- You will work with the internal CRM system, where you will monitor the delivery and execution of orders (we will train you).
- You will ensure that the goods are delivered on time and in full (you can offer your control tools for this).
- Communicate with supplier representatives (ENG) and center managers (ENG) regarding delivery and fulfillment of orders.
- Communicate with the head of the centers. mechanics (ENG/RUS) and together with them you will ensure the correct acceptance, control and periodic inspection of goods.
- You will monitor and update the inventory of each tire exchange center by placing orders with suppliers.
- Together with your colleagues, you will solve problems and propose their solutions.
- You will help the sales manager with daily tasks.

What we expect:
- Spoken English (required).
- Spoken Russian (preferred).
- Work experience in similar fields (advantage).
- Good working skills in MS Excel and computer literacy.
- Very good organizational and planning skills.
- Independence and organization of one's work.
- Attention and diligence.
- A sense of humor (preferred).
