BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Ensure the number of suitable drivers, instruct them on their quality work, evaluate the result of their work;
- Ensure the smooth operation of the transport fleet;
- Organize the maintenance and repair of the car fleet managed by the company;
- To control the incurred transportation costs, to effectively manage costs;
- Ensure the execution of correct work processes and a motivating work environment.
WE HOPE THAT YOU:
- Higher/higher education;
- Proficiency in English and Russian both orally and in writing;
- Leader qualities, ability to lead a team;
- Ability to simultaneously work with several different projects;
- Orientation to the long-term result and set goals;
- The possibility to go on business trips abroad;
- You have a driver's license.
